My approach is driven by creativity, experimentation and continuous innovation, grounded in a solid foundation of UX patterns, Service Design and Design Thinking, a mindset shaped by my Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Multimedia Design from UNIRSM and a Master's Degree in Innovation Design at UNIFE.
